RETURN / REFUND POLICY

At The Furnishr, we take pride in the quality of our revived and customized furniture. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

For any Returns/ Refunds concerning your purchased furniture product, contact us via email or phone immediately or report to us details of any damage.
Please retain the original invoice of purchase.

Warranty: This is not applicable, as the furniture purchased is a revived product.

Damage/faulty: If the furniture is damaged and/or faulty, it can be repaired, replaced, or returned for a full refund.

Returns: Most purchases can be returned within 10 business days from the date of delivery for a full refund (shipping covered only for damaged or faulty products).

ELIGIBLE ITEMS

Eligible items for this fall under three categories: Faulty, Non-Faulty (Change-of-Mind), or Damaged On Arrival (DOA) returns.
Please contact our customer service team for return arrangements.

Damaged Returns: If the furniture purchased from us is found faulty within 10 days of delivery, customers can get a full refund or replacement.

The Furnishr covers round-trip shipping on Faulty returns. However, only a demonstrable fault or defect is applicable for eligibility to be returned. Customer dissatisfaction with finish, make, build, structure, or other functions classifies as a non-damaged return.

Non-damaged Returns: Return the furniture within 10 days of delivery completion, if it's not faulty or defective. The Furnishr does not cover shipping.
Products must be in as-new condition, with no damage, deformation, stains, signs of wear, or use, and include all original packaging, parts, and documentation.

SHIPPING ERRORS, WRONG ITEMS, & DAMAGED-ON-ARRIVAL ITEMS

Shipping Errors, Wrong Items, & Damaged On Arrival Items: If your furniture goods arrive defective, damaged, or not as ordered, contact us with your order number and give us a brief update on the product. We will email you the steps for a return or exchange. Claims for damage or delivery discrepancies must be made within 48 hours of delivery; claims made after this time will not be accepted.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATION

Order Changes And Cancellations: If you wish to cancel or change your order of purchase, please email us. We will check if the item has been shipped. If not, we will gladly modify or cancel your order at no additional charge. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled; instead you must initiate a return request.
